With the increase in our exposure to daily stress, anxiety in our day to day lives continue escalate.  Anxiety disorders are a mental health issue where a person suffers from feelings of worry and distress that affect a person’s day-to-day life. The anxiety often disrupts the patient’s occupation or education, his or her relationships, and daily enjoyment. Anxiety disorder can occur in a variety of forms but is most often found in Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder or Social Phobia.
